Sascha has worked within the construction industry for over 19 years and his passion and drive for this work led him to establish Projektplus Ltd, a consultancy and project management company.
As the director of Projektplus, Sascha has been able to apply his significant professional experience as both a structural engineer and general manager in the international architectural industry. His work ethos is one of proactivity. Working with a wide range of professionals, including architects, engineers, planning consultants and sub-contractors, he is no stranger to exercising leadership and offering structured guidance to a large and varied team and usually within strict deadlines.

With a Master of Science degree in Mathematical modelling for complex problem solving, Nazy began her career with Reuters UK as Business Manager responsible for projects in the Pharmaceutical sector. With experience gained in Project Co-ordination and Management within a corporate environment, she moved on to project consulting and gained broader experience working for companies including Glaxosmithkline, Capgemini and Virgin media. She brings to our team a strong background in project planning and management across many disciplines.

Lucy joined Projektplus in 2013 with a background in administration and office management having worked in both the property and design sector in client facing roles.
With a good head for research analysis and excellent organisational skills she assists the project managers in their daily tasks as well as overseeing the general day to day running of the office.
Her role helps Projektplus to run efficiently and in turn allows us to continue to provide the high quality project management service we are known for.
A message from the Managing Director
Projektplus is regarded as a leading player in the project management market for the construction of houses in the UK. We have extensive experience in the unique style of German construction and are fully abreast of the latest designs and technologies.
We offer a specialised management service to both private and commercial clients, and those requiring assistance in constructions. I have worked with German manufacturers for over 20 years and have delivered hundreds of houses from concept to completion. I am a qualified Structural Engineer and Project Manager and as my first language is German, I can bridge the gap easily between the UK and Germany.
My company has an intrinsic understanding of the German construction methodologies, and we are able to translate those cultures to suit the UK market. In addition, our long standing relationship with the German companies puts us in the lead for providing a service which currently is not provided by any other Project Management company.
