We oversee the Planning Application process, all Building Regulations as well as Ecological Studies.
Create a realistic overall project program which considers parallel processing for fast tracking deliverables.
Supervision of Construction, Engineering & Commissioning
Organize asbestos removal and demolition, while making sure legislations are met.
Organise utility connections at the right time – a hugely underestimated activity.
Act as your representative throughout the life of the project.
Appoint consultants and contractors on your behalf while safeguarding you against the small prints.
Oversee the construction of add-ons – such as gyms, spas, leisure facilities and swimming pools.
Tendering of Works
Prepare documentation and evaluation of all tenders submitted.
Produce a comprehensive package of CAD drawings for the Groundworks phases of the project.
Completion & Handover
Oversee the fit-out stage especially when third party companies are involved, for example kitchen / bathroom / etc.
Oversee NHBC and building regulations sign-off.
We make sure all documents and certifications are in place for handover.
Post Completion Reviews
We liaise closely with our clients and contractors to resolve any outstanding snagging points.
CDM Coordination
We work closely with and oversee CDM co-ordinators on projects where required.
We ensure Health and Safety measures are adopted appropriately to avoid any obstacles.
